I’m a 3rd generation salesman, 2nd generation realtor.
My father has been a great influence in my life and an even better boss. He has taught me how to work hard, hold strong values, stay optimistic, and importantly, the value of slowing down and enjoying life. I guess you could say that’s my philosophy of life. I try to bring every aspect of this into every one of my transactions and relationships. I’m infatuated with technology and I understand how it affects the rapidly changing real estate process. This innate knowledge separates me from the competition. All these things lead to smooth, simple and easy transactions.
I was born and raised in Kitsap County. I graduated from South Kitsap High School in 2011. Eager to leave “boring ol’ Port Orchard” and find my way, I traveled south, down Highway I5 to a small town called Portland. I went to school there and I realized that Kitsap county was home, and maybe not sooo bad after all. After finishing school, I made my way back home. I soon realized Real Estate was meant to be my career. It should have been apparent my whole life!
I’m an avid adventurer. I love traveling and experiencing different cultures through their cuisine and architecture. You can usually find me in the kitchen cooking what I just saw on tv or sampled on vacation. Unless it’s on a Sunday morning when I pursue my other passion, Paintball or- more accurately, Speedball - to get my adrenaline fix. I live with my significant other close to downtown Port Orchard with our fluffy orange cat Flynn.
Call me today if you would like to talk about real estate.
I have been in client services and business management for 13 years. I have a deep understanding of what it means to put my client first. I love people, and I pride myself on my relatability, understanding, and intelligence throughout any interactions.. I am active and prompt in communication, and swift in action.
I grew up between Federal Way and Seattle, Washington – but am familiar with areas all over Washington State; ranging from Bellevue to Kitsap County! I graduated from Federal Way High School in 2009, and received my Associates Degree from Highline College in 2011. Since then, I have spent a decade developing my business and marketing skills, as well as becoming an excellent provider of customer service!
I recently moved back to the Kitsap area to be closer to my family, and currently reside in Olalla, WA with my 11 plant children!
As a Kitsap County native, I have had the pleasure of experiencing the many things the Puget Sound has to offer! I grew up in Port Orchard, graduating from South Kitsap High School and furthered my education at Washington State University, studying Interior Design. After spending the next several years relocating to various cities across Kitsap County and Seattle, I eventually made my way back home to Port Orchard. I now reside in our peaceful little community, overlooking the beautiful Sinclair Inlet with my husband, our young daughter, and fun-loving goldendoodle.
I can confidently say I’m a proficient multitasker; proudly juggling motherhood while fine-tuning my real estate skills. My family drives my ambition and makes me a better person through-and-through. Your home sale or purchase is more than just a transaction to me; it’s personal and I’m here to guide you into a home that you are happy in and proud of for years to come.
I am passionate about helping people find their dream homes and making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress free as possible. With only a few years in the industry, I've had the privilage of learning from the best in the business and I am proud to bring that knowlede and dedication to each of my clients. Recently I was honored to recieve an award for my hard work and commitment to my clients.
In addition to my real estate expertise, I bring 20 years of experience as a business owner, which has taught me what it takes to truly take care of my clients! I especially enjoy focusing on equestrian and rural properties, helping people find the perfect place for their lifestyles.

got licensed in 2017 and hit the ground running. Growing up here in Kitsap County gave me a
knowledge of the area that proved extremely valuable in this career. I like to think that there isn’t a single
road around here that I don’t know or recognize. I’ve seen this area grow and change so much
over the years and I am proud to share it with new arrivals! I serve Kitsap, Pierce, and Mason County
areas mainly, but I am willing to travel in the right situation. Whether you are buying or selling you will

are always the same, guide my buyer’s home by making sure they are helped
through each step of the home buying process and leave them with a lasting
memory of the amazing service they were given.
When it comes to selling your home, the goal is always top dollar. My job is to get you that, using my knowledge
of the local market, great local resources, professional photography, staging,
and tips to make your home shine!
A bit about myself; I have spent my life here in Kitsap. Growing up I attended school in 3 of the
local school districts. I know someone
in every corner of this County and am very proud of my roots here. I am a father of four, spending time with my
kids is one of my favorite hobbies. I’ve worked many jobs here
over the years and had many great experiences that have all helped in my real
estate career. I love the story I’ve
created here and look forward to building on it!
I would be my pleasure to help you in your real estate journey,
my phone is always on, and I am ready to guide you every step of the way!
Hi, I'm Shana,
I was born and
raised in the Kitsap County area. Through the years I have moved to other parts
of the country including California and Colorado. I moved back to Washington
because no matter where I moved, Washington is my home, you just can't replace
the small town feel and beauty of the pacific northwest.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, snowboarding,
fishing, kayaking, working on the farm and especially cooking with fresh
produce from our garden. I currently live in Lakebay with my boyfriend Shawn
and our dogs Chevy and Phoebe. I love people, pride myself on honestly,
loyalty, understanding and relatability.
